Aanstormend oudemuziekensemble The Counterpoints brengt debuutalbum “La Querelleuse”, een cd rondom de kleurrijke kamermuziek van Georg Philipp Telemann.

Van solofantasie tot concerto en van triosonate tot cantate: Telemann was van alle markten thuis en kon zich als een kameleon door alle stijlen en genres bewegen en schrok er niet voor terug om deze stijlen als een gewaagde crossover met elkaar te vermengen. Op La Querelleuse houden The Counterpoints een muzikaal pleidooi voor deze meester van stijl en vorm. Ze zetten daar de unieke muzikale humor bij in, die zo eigen is aan de muziek van Telemann. Een ensemble waar we in de toekomst zeker nog veel van gaan horen en wat wij onze klanten nu al willen leren kennen.
