Jodie Devos (soprano) & Vlaams Radiokoor, Brussels Philharmonic, Pierre Bleuse

Na haar triomf met het album Offenbach Colorature treedt Jodie Devos in de voetsporen van de Belgische coloratuursopraan Marie Cabel (1827-1885), die op 26-jarige leeftijd een fenomenaal succes behaalde in Adolphe Adams opéra-comique Le Bijou perdu en voor wie Ambroise Thomas de rol van Philine in Mignon schreef. Samen met de Stichting Palazzetto Bru Zane, die al deze ten onrechte vergeten rariteiten nieuw leven heeft ingeblazen en uitgegeven, en Pierre Bleuse en het Brussels Philharmonic brengt Devos hulde aan deze ster van de 19e eeuw.
