Philon Trio

Philon Trio, opgericht aan de Musik Akademie der Stadt Basel, Zwitserland, is een kamerensemble bestaande uit David Dias da Silva op klarinet, Adam Newman op altviool en Camilla Köhnken op piano. Geschreven in een late maar conservatieve romantische stijl, ver verwijderd van de taal van Bruchs tijdgenoten Stravinsky, Bartók en Schönberg, is dit werk diep, intens, gepassioneerd en intiem.
